An encouraging trend

Vermont is now the fourth state to legalize gay marriage after the state House and Senate voted overwhelmingly to override Gov. Jim Douglas’ veto.

I knew a Democratic president would lead to major cultural changes, but I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised that it’s happening so quickly. Crossing my fingers that this trend of equality and progression continues throughout the States.
