They’re best at #4 and I won’t eat them once they look like #7.
7 make the BEST banana bread EVER
I won’t eat a banana if it’s still green AT ALL. Best at 6, but I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve eaten a 7 or two in my day. They work best in banana bread, though.
